We use Royal Mail tracked delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that, on rare occasions, international orders may incur an import or customs fee once they arrive at their destination. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and is the responsibility of the recipient.


Please note: weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.


Estimated delivery times:


  • UK orders: 3–7 working days, unless the item is a pre-order, apparel, or engraved product, which may take slightly longer due to production time.

 

  • International orders: 7–14 working days, unless the item is a pre-order, apparel, or engraved product, which may take additional time to complete.


We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as we are a small business operated by one person. Unlike larger companies, we do not have a team of employees, so there is only a limited amount that can be completed each day alongside essential admin work.
